Tomorrow I will be in Brisbane for the ‘Put The Greens Last’ rally.

The rally is being organised by Jim Willmott, who is a good friend and the lead Senate candidate for the Libertarian Party in Queensland. The rally will also feature Senators Malcolm Roberts and Gerard Rennick, Katy McCallum, Monica Smit and a host of others.

I will be speaking on behalf of Let’s Rethink Renewables, of which I am President. Rethink has just launched the ‘Unrenewable’ campaign.

While Greens, Teals and Labor MPs sit in their city electorates and claim that renewables are needed to address the ‘climate emergency’ and constantly sing their praises, the stark reality is far more destructive.

In rural and regional areas across Australia, our Communities are facing the brunt of renewable projects, that are being pushed ahead by political ideology, renewables investors and multi-national corporations.

While they chase the ‘renewables’ utopia (and the subsidies that come with it), our productive farmlands are being torn up by high-voltage transmission lines. Our wildlife habitats are being bulldozed for wind turbines. Our rural landscapes are being carpeted with solar panels. All while our rural and regional communities are being torn apart and we lose our Australian way of life.

At the upcoming Federal election it is imperative that we expose the hypocrisy of the Greens, Teals, Labor - and even some of the Liberals - who push this renewables ideology.

We need to stop this madness before it is too late. The damage that our communities, landscapes, wildlife and farmland are enduring at the hands of the reckless rollout of renewables needs to be exposed. Once we lose these, they are Unrenewable. Once they are gone, they are gone for good.

Until next week, stay active and never back down!

Many thanks,

Steven Tripp

This week I was joined by Zoe Hilton, who is the Senior Policy Analyst at the Centre for Independent Studies.

Zoe did a deep dive into our energy grid and the fallacy of the Gencost report that was published by the CSIRO and is pushed by the climate alarmist political class.

It was a great interview, with plenty of solid research and information. Check it out!

Press release: National Rational Energy network (NREN) rebrands to let’s rethink renewables and launches its ‘unrenewable’ campaign

Yesterday, Let’s Rethink Renewables launched it’s UNRENEWABLE campaign.

The idea of the campaign is to have our billboards and flyers distributed throughout marginal electorates with sitting members who support the reckless rollout of renewables.

The artwork (example below) is free to use and paid for, all we need is donations or for someone to fund the cost of putting up one of the billboards.

If you would like to see our campaign in your area and are happy to fund a billboard or donate, please visit: www.letsrethinkrenewables.org or email: letsrethinkrenewables@gmail.com
